@@SchoolofWok Made it yesterday for lunch with the GS-appel instead of green mango, tasted really nice. Preparing the prawns was the most struggling part. Love Wok Wednesdays

We use a sharpening steel to keep ours sharp when filming, but you can use a standard blade sharpener if that's easier/more accessible! - Lee

The problem I have with a lot of food from that region is I am allergic to peanuts! so I have to be really careful when in a Vietnamese or Thai restaurant
