The Macbook definitely has a better battery backup, but it doesn't support gaming or allow for custom OS installations like Linux, and so on. 😅

I am waiting for a laptop that has bypass charging capabilities. When there is power available, it can be used as a regular PC. When there is no power, it will use the laptop battery. This would be great for extending the battery life. Every company can implement this, but the reason they don't do it is because it would decrease annual sales. I am waiting for a revolutionary company to do this. If they do not, I will do it myself as an engineer. It is quite easy for me to achieve this.

Same bro, I am also about to buy this laptop. I think you will face zero issues even 4k editing, it's i9 13th gen. But the only issues will be battery drainage and heating.

Heating happens when you are doing heavy tasks or else no such heat.. and the day intel launched 12th gen laptops since then the heating is there in normal laptops... And that is normal as performance has been increased after 11th gen so with that comes heating. I hope you get my point.. it depends on your workload

I have i9 13 gen version. It takes 12 secs for the ASUS image to appear when power button is pressed. After that it boots in 10 secs. Is this normal. Can i speed up the boot time?

Bro 10sec is so good.. yes you can fix this and lower it by disabling the startup apps... Via task manager

I am referring to the time taken after i press the power button. It takes 12 secs for the ASUS Logo to appear .There is no indication of any activity during this period. It takes another 10 secs for windows login screen. Whether this is the expected behavior of this laptop. This happens for the first boot of the day. The laptop is pretty good according to specifications. But it will have a terrible battery backup. (H series processor draw around 45-48 W power as it is performance oriented). If your battery capacity is less than 70 Wh then prepare to buy a new one within 4 years as large power consumption means frequent charging which means reduction of battery performance with time). Asus Service is not that good in India so if you need to replace battery who knows whether it will be available or not in 6-7 years (average lifespan of a good laptop)

@@NexuSYT1906 laptop to solid hai. Normal usage me 4.5 hrs chal jata hai. Koi dikkat nahi ayi abhi Tak. Online register bhi ho gaya. Offer me 1 year extra extended warranty bhi mil gayi 99 rs me. Watch karte raho kabhi bhi price drop ho jata hai
