Why are people here hating on them for talking about the movie's themes? Planet of the Apes was always about humans vs apes, it's not the actors' ideas.

i got to rewatch the first one. i forget why did the virus have a negative effect on humans. was it because the virus went through the ape metabolism first, and then mutated? if i remember, the virus was made to enhance human brain function.

They were referencing the movie. The planet is all messed up in the Planet of the Apes because of what humans did.

I didn't know that admitting that your species is destroying the planet was false, I guess it is the aliens who made the apes declare war on humans

When one doesn't realize how much one hates oneself, and then have to project it onto others to externalize and avoid taking responsibility. 😂 (Luckily a money saver for some of us who now will decide not to waste resources on them...)
