new one is better, her outfit actually resembles ruv, shes supposed to be someone who murdered a lot of people and they tried to give her a more "bass" voice at least, the only thing I would change is the hair

I'd prefer both of them because they are just slaying those outfits- Edit from 2023: New Ruvina. The reason is because the voice is accurate and the outfit is way accurate too.

I think Ruvina is better compared to Ruveta, because Ruvina’s voice sounds more like what female Ruv would sound like while Ruveta just sounds like some instrument tubes that are badly broken in the park I live near

... this is a case of directions... while I enjoy the faithfulness of new Ruvina, and I enjoy her vocals more, I think old Ruvina held a more... gender swap esque tone... new Ruvina just feels like you gave Ruvina long hair and eyelashes and possibly made him skinnier.. but old Ruvina felt fresh and new... I'm going to have to hand this one to old Ruvina, the sprites were higher in quality and I like her vocals...
