Dear Ajahn how to overcome trauma of living ewith alkoholics ?My mind is all most in fighting mode.So hard to relax.I love your meditation but my brain is always on going.

Consider looking for an Al-Anon program in your area, which is specifically designed for your kind of situation

Keep trying to relax you body. The mind always follows at some point. Observe your breath too. It is very helpful
