She still have a really weird hitbox and so much health. If you have a character that does low damage combos she would be impossible to kill without losing significant time and possibly getting hit by her in a scramble.

Tron kinda ass but she works really well with characters that have an anti air command grab. Probably not much x23 and trom can do together honestly

None of those characters are really like Tron. Tron is kind of like Sentinel (or dhalsim, for example), all about zoning with big normals from outside most characters' range. X-23 is more rushdown, but she needs a team that can build meter for her to be good.
