I'm using NIOD's FECC (Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate - I think) on my upper eyelid. Started using it mid Feb. Eyelids were sitting on my lashes - well what was left of my lashes. Mid March I could see the shape coming back into my eyelid. Now, end March I see it even better and I have decent lower lid available for shadow!! I'd highly recommend that for the eyelid. I'm using The Ordinary Caffeine solution for the undereye since 10th February. Black undereye circles are almost completely gone. I see freckles under my eyes that I forgot were there. Hope this helps someone.

Hi Penny, Thank you so much for all this great information. Your videos are so helpful and I just bought some other recommendations of yours from Amazon. I just wanted to share some more tips for others who have insanely dry skin. My skin is terribly dry and so I have to keep up with exfoliating and moisturizing. I follow your method of doing light layers until you may need a heavier layer of lotion. I start out with using several drops of hyaluronic acid in my hand and then I use avocado oil and pour several drops into my hand as well and I put this on my face first (after washing it and using a toner). A mild soap for those with dry skin is Kirk's castile (coconut) soap. When using the hyaluronic and avocado oil together the hyaluronic really helps with everything gliding on and absorbing really well (as the oil alone is a bit heavy). This is super moisturizing on its own. Then I will use a moisturizer (the First Aid Beauty moisturizer is quite good) and if I need a heavier moisturizer I will use that (currently the IT cosmetics one is great and has really good ingredients). If I need the heaviest of heavy moisturizers, I will use Nivea cream from Germany in a few key areas on my face. And, at night if my skin really needs repairing and lots of moisture and nothing is working well enough, I will take some avocado oil into my hand, maybe a couple drops of hyaluronic, then add a couple drops of glycerin (I have a Now Foods Veg. Glycerine) and holy cow that glycerine really helps my skin retain moisture and I wake up with plump skin that isn't dry finally. :) I Just wanted to share these tips as well because I have such incredibly dry skin, I thought it might help!

Yeaaa on you trying BB Glow! I saw Natural Kaos’ video and was very intrigued. I plan to try it after I see your demo. I am especially interested to see what reasonable expectations are with regard to under eye circles (very thin skin here) and mild redness/ vascularity. Very interested in this as well as follow up treatments.

The under eye is tricky, that’s where I am working on my protocol. I also have under eye issues (big time) and so I went in a little too aggressively and ended up swollen (not ideal). I think it *may* have helped a little? I don’t know. I’ll do the demo very soon! 💜

Yes, that would be amazing - I've been using a .75 (anything less doesn't seem to do anything on my scalp) and The Ordinary hair serum and I do notice some growth but I'd love to learn whatever you and Dr. A have to say.

Hi Penny! I am so excited about your upcoming video with Dr. A.! I have lost so much of my hair, my scalp is visible on all sides. I am handcuffed by a strict and very small budget. I am on a fixed income. I have been planning to pick up the NutriOx at Sally's Beauty -- they have a starter kit. Do you recommend any particular protocols for hair regrowth? Also I want to thank you so much for the amazing information! I did purchase many of the serums that you have mentioned in your video on microneedling serums and have now done my first microneedling treatment, which seems to have went amazing! You help so much with all the questions that I would have, in those videos that I feel finally that I have the power to help my melasma, that I have had for a year. I am addressing the internal factor with my cousin, who is in oriental medicine, as my melasma is mostly caused by hormones, not sun! I am seeing amazing results with nano needling and my heart just is overwhelmed, as I have tried everything!! So I hope you feel my Love and thanks, because before you, I literally was lost! 😍😍😍Please know how amazing and awesome that you are to help us all! Especially when someone like me has a situation, that is not common with melasma! I literally felt there was no where to turn! I don’t have a lot to spend and especially with my melasma flaring by my hormones , don’t want to throw my money away with laser treatments, when my melasma is hormonal! I thank you😍😍😍

I cannot wait to see your video on the BB glow product I definitely value your advice and expertise I’m not going to do anything until you have given us a protocol would it be safe to microneedle using a nano or or a 12 pin attachment at 0.3 depth and will that last a month or on the skin at the depth is that too deep to go using that product and also with that starter kit how many uses are you getting out of that?

Hi penny thanks for your great information. I ordered the dr pen but I thought I ordered 12 pin but I got 36 pin 😑.. I’ve already micro needled 2xs at 2.0 but I haven’t seen any improvement on my brown spots is it because it’s 36.. btw I did see the video on why you say we should go with a 12.

Hi Penny, I have a question for the next Q&A. What is the best way to apply spf? Can I mix my spf with my moisturizer together and then apply or should I layer the moisturizer first and then the spf? (I use the Elta MD Spf 46 or the Supergoop unseen sunscreen) Does it make any difference? Love your channel, Vivian

I have a question… In regard to sebaceous hyperplasia… I have spots on my face that I have treated by a dermatologist occasionally with an electric needle type thing- where she just zaps them. Are there any products that I can be using to deter this from happening and also maybe target a few of the ones I still have? Thank you so much Pen! 😘

Question for future videos: what are your thoughts on Infiny radio frequency microneedling? It’s $1000 for 1 treatment at my medspa here in Chicago. I don’t want to do injections and my nasolabial fold is getting deeper and deeper and this claims to be as effective as a non surgical facelift. Thank you!!!

Hey Penn, i love these vids and the out-takes are so funny! I would liek to ask if you can do a vid dedicated to non hydroquinone products contains the ingredients that work on pigmentation ( it's banned in europe) like Tranexemic acid/Kojic/ etc. And under $50 a product if possible. I have a video request for a few of my favorite anti aging beauty You-Tubers. Could you make a favorites anti aging beauty products for a monthly budget of around $100 dollars. If a product is a little pricey but lasts for months share that product also. Alot of us are on a tight budget and I hope I can get great skincare benefits out of a a handful of products in that budget. One of my main concerns is pigmentation and of course wrinkles and texture and facial skin plumpness.

Hello dear Penn, another informative video, thank you for that. I like to know if the “Professional grade Illuma Microneedling pen” it’s a good pen. There is a lady (Natural Caos) that show a video with the Illuma microneedling pen, and “Meso Foundation Starter Kit”, and physiolab physiothera 3-step mask. The video it’s called: HOW TO BB GLOW AT HOME, Korean BB glow tutorial for semi-permane... I just wander if you think it’s safe to used like that. I know you are very professional and knowledgeable about this, please can you take a look of that video and let me know your opinion of that? And I hope soon you can make a video step by step skin care, day and night, and what are the best products to have, thank you for your time and your sweet personality 🙏🏻

Question: Can Hyalauronic acid be detrimental if used in a dry climate? I'm in Southern California, and every time I use HA my skin looks a little more haggard the next day. When I use Vit. C and Niacinamide at night, my skin looks plump and dewy in the morning, not so with HA. Has this happened to any of your clients? I nano'd in HA last night and feel like I look like the crypt keeper now! :-) Thank you so much for your videos, I'm really enjoying your channel.

Hi Penny! I am Heather sorry using husbands email here, I loved your show today and Dr. Abraham's input on hair help. Can you please do more on hair growth and loss help.
