Thanks for sharing your beautiful dress Adele. The fabric is amazing. Have fun sewing up swim wear for Alice. When my daughter was little I sewed all of her swim suits and skating costumes. So much less expensive than buying them and not really difficult at all. I love seeing all your new fabrics and can't wait to see them all made up.

Oh my goodness! You really out did yourself. All of your makes are lovely. That dress is gorgeous and the fabric is out of this world, I love it and the dress looks so lovely on you. Love the hope dress it’s a lovely style , I get annoyed with facings as well but recently I bought a top from Next and I noticed they had put a little piece of wonderweb in a couple of places to make it stay in position. Hence I have just bought some and will be using this trick, if it’s good enough for Next 😄

I have made the hope dress It is comfy but I'm going to make it in a drapier fabric next time.. I find the cotton too full.. Yours is lovely. All your makes are.. Can hard wait to see the things Little Alice is getting..

Love the dress and blouse. Have you understitched the facing on the dress. That usually helps to keep it from rolling. Just a thought.

It will be available on pre order from 23rd April. www.bloomingfabricshop.com/ You need to go to the bottom of the home page and select pre order members section and sign up. Then on 23rd April -7th May preorder opens and you can choose any of the prints on any base including swimwear - the monkey fabric will be an option x

It is disappointing that a Pattern Company refuses to exten size ranges. As a German I can say size range is more on the 42 - 44. But sadly I was right when I told you. I don't sew any of their patterns.

@@Sew4serenity they should base themselves on research about sizing of people who sew. I think a lot of us sew because we can't find cute clothes in stores. Im not even that large and i can only buy in one or two stores on our high street (Belgium). I love fashion and Refuse to wear long sleeved tents because I am overweight.
