The poor working class ppl are talented and hard working there. Unfortunately, they end up being over-worked, stressed, & under paid as well as unappreciated. They have no safety guidance, no medical insurance if they get hurt by those power tools such as grinders he was using with no PPE or proper shoes. God bless him, he is trying to make a honest living. Their government is missing from their lives. This is what happens for lack of regulations, and accountability.

Sadly like that in America too. All the poor work hard, many work two jobs, are exploited by rich bosses and still can barely afford rent. God forbid you get sick and have to visit a doctor cause noe youre in deep debt

@@ststst981 Very true. US has stopped progressing with developed world, we are lagging way behind. In US at least an employer knows they cant do certain things like not pay employees or pay late or certain harassment & racial policies are in place. In that part of the world, its a jungle. I worked in a modern place like UAE and my pay was being delayed because "your customers did not pay yet", while i was a saleman 🤪

You know why? Because we people from better countries are greedy and we wanna buy everything cheap. Where to get cheap stuff and how? Well, from poor countries which lacks human rights
@evanpenny348

@@turo1523 Grain of truth in this, but also not a really convincing argument. You know when I first visited Bangkok I was shocked at people working on the pavement with power tool and welders, and being offered super cheap suits. It was years later that I met a visitor to NZ who had worked at a Bangkok tailors. He explained to me that these "exploited" workers were super grateful to have any employment at all. His wages, which seemed to me to be outrageous, kept his whole family alive back in Northern Bangkok. As to people in the West being greedy, when you are offered goods at two prices. one expensive and one cheep, who is going to say "no! let me pay more. I will not be part of an exploitative system!" Really? Taking a longer look at this situation I well remember that after WWII we were "flooded" with cheap Japanese stuff. It was synonymous with crap, although that is doubtless not entirely true. Same story with South Korea and Formosa. Look at them now. Look at the so called economic miracle in China today. Bottom line is that when your people need to do whatever they can to get up the economic ladder they will produce whatever the buyer wants. Is it the workers fault for making crap or the Western buyers for asking for the cheapest rubbish? Anyway, enough with beating up on the "bad Western countries". I don't buy this line or argument. Any fault lies fairly and squarely on the shoulders of totalitarian authoritarian regimes that will not let their people have a go at making money.

For those not in the hvac industry his doing the weld without pushing (purging) nitrogen through the compressor will kill it shortly. When you weld on metal like that it causes oxidation and carbon build up on the other side. (now inside the compressor). Purging with nitro while welding prevents this. As the system runs the oil used to lubricate the compressor will strip the garbage off the welds and bring it right into those windings he was working to repair. This will kill the compressor.
@rmendes2mendes915
@rmendes2mendes915 2 жыл бұрын
The guys a hacker, something wasn’t making connection at first and that’s why he took it apart and got it to make a connection then he put it back together under very unsanitary conditions and yeah no nitrogen during the weld using a stick welder too. And calls it rebuilt or a reconditioned professional hacker.

The applied solder does not affect the inside of the compressor, since it was soldered on an old solder bead.
@MrRandyj72
@MrRandyj72 2 жыл бұрын
@@andresaguilar5592 i didn't say the Solder is the issue. Without nitrogen to displace the oxygen inside the compressor the welding will cause corrosion internally around the weld. This corrosion is what gets scrubbed off the surface by the Refrigeration oil (Polyolester oil). This gets carried right back into the windings he just cleaned. Its a very simple step he can add to his process to offer a much better product with a life expectation he can stand behind

Much as I admire the skill, the state of the workshop and lack of cleanliness and health and safety considerations had me cringing. I hope the workers have good insurance. They may very well need it.

What did he actually fix? I couldn’t see any repair done or part replacement.

Bom trabalho mas não presta depois que trava ou perde compressão , nunca vi um compressor recondicionado prestar .

how long does a reconditioned motor last? i think the motor that is wrapped with aluminum instead of copper wire burns faster

The type of wiring doesn't matter. Longevity is all about heat dissipation and lubrication. If you can keep something cool and well-oiled, it will last a long time.

@@romeobaron2649 I think he might of just replaced a fuse somewhere on the coil. Because the coil didn't look burnt! But it was open when he tested it. Don't know. Or he just replaced the coil assembly.
