Not even an hour before this, I looked up that spaghetti recipe. I thought it was what you showed. They have made so many offenses to that recipe. Ricotta, cream cheese, a blend of shredded cheese. Then they toss the noodles in the red sauce, add 3-4 tbs of butter, top the layer of pasta with the cheese blend, then meat sauce, cook it for something like 20 min with no cheese then with cheese to melt & brown it. I knew that was wrong. Thanks for bringing back my sanity. I was so confused.

Your the only person I have ever seen use all white cheeses to make mac n cheese. You might just have reawakened my mac n cheese taste buds once more. 😂
