Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
Cooking Oil - 3 tbsp
Star Anise - 2
Cinnamon Sticks - 2 inches
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion - 1 medium sized
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Green Chili Paste - 2 tsp
Chopped Tomato - 1 medium sized
Crushed Roasted Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves - fistfull
Lemon Slices - 3 to 4
Green Chilies - 5 to 6
Water - 7.5 cups
Soaked Basmati Rice - 3 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
