For stuffing:
Minced chicken (keema) - 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Oil (sesame oil /any type) - 1 tblsp
Soya sauce - 1/2 tblsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilli - 1 tsp
Chopped spring onion - 1/4 cup
Egg yolk - 1 medium
Oil - for deep frying
