Hi Dalia, Salaam. Can you please tell me the name of that clay pot?..Keen to purchase one here in the UK. I picked up some Zaatar in Nazareth back in February and use it for so many things now. It's amazing on a pizza with olives, halloumi and marinara sauce....It is ground but is simply delicious. On hot buttered rye toast..mmm

Cool idea, but I'm not sure Halloumi is made for the oven. I think Halloumi works better on the pan, and Mozzarella in the oven. I'm still gonna try the recipe though, thanks.

Dalia's Kitchen it’s a very interesting cooking pan. And you cook it on an open flame? Can a Tagine base with diffuser be used? I’m pottery obsessed 🤣

You cut tomatoes with green parts! I have never seen this before! On the contrary, I expected you to remove not just the green parts, but also the white tough part underneath...

I do most of the time do and you will see it in other videos. But I love these heirloom tomatoes and actually eat the whole thing

Leaves, stems, and green unripe fruit of the tomato plant contain small amounts of the toxic alkaloid tomatine.[71] They also contain solanine, a toxic alkaloid found in potato leaves and other plants in the nightshade family.[72][73] However, levels of tomatine in foliage and green fruit are generally too small to be dangerous unless large amounts are consumed.

There is no way that halloumi isn't burnt. It's a very finicky cheese, if you fry it and also bake it like she does there is no way the bottom isn't black by the end. You can even see it in the final few seconds.
