These were YUMMY!
2 C AP Flour
1 TBLS Garlic Powder
1TBLS Onion Powder
1 1/2 TBLS Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 C Milk
1 TBLS Vinegar
Mix together and let sit for about 10 minutes to make buttermilk. :)
Let your scallops and shrimp sit in the buttermilk for about 15 minutes and then start cooking. Enjoy Friends!
Just use the spices you enjoy. This is what I used and we all enjoyed it, and the spices were perfect, for us!
