Many colorstruck Indians are disappointed because they want half white pale skinned women like Katrina Kaif or Nargis Fakhri to represent India on the global stage. Freida is a hella good looking woman...she's articulate, sexy, and beautiful(facially). Yet, people complain!!!! Be grateful that someone like Freida has put India on the map. I lived for almost a decade in North America and a lot of North Americans find Freida very attractive and smart. She's a very good representative of Indian beauty!

Are you guys crazy? Freida is stunning. She has really pretty eyes and her cheekbones(facial structure) is very model-like. On top of that, she has a fit lean body. This girl has the total package! Bollywood missed out on her. Though i totally agree that in Bollywood, you only need to be a little paler than most Indians and also must be conventionally pretty and in no time with a mediocre acting skills , you will become the leading lady of Bollywood...see Katrina Kaif, Deepika, for proof. true.. and accent part.. it changes fast with people u are around... i worked at call center and i gained american accent faster than my colleagues and i was made team leader.. i also likes country accent which i imitated from movies... no big deal .. doesnt mean she is faking... she is not...

Her accent is a joke. I'm British and it does sound put on no offence. For roles she should be able to do different accents but when doing interviews she should be normal.

Never was impressed with her and this interview confirms that. She is a good actress and skilled. But looks and sexiness and glamour seriously not there. Also poise and personality just not there. a very ordinary face, neither does she have a great body. Slumdog Millionaire was about as Indian as salsa and she has groomed herself to Western world so much so that she comes across as not being Indian and then she can never really be American nor anything else for that matter. Sad since she seems like a nice girl and definitely not ugly.
