The No ho 24 sounds really incredible ...the JJ Jr is a beast of amp ...and Sammy a supertalented shredder. What a nice combination put together. Great indeed.

I like him a lot. He can play crazy fast but even then there’s musicality in it.

A vintage style guitar (Love the sound of the very first Tele) in a veeeery vintage environment...look at the transistor radio 😂 Is this really Dave Friedman or a double? Making holidays in the country , visitting FriedMANN relatives and dropping by at Henning‘s house? Sick!

I prefer the 3 way toggle on that Noho even though the 5 way blade style offers split tones. I use push/pull pots so the gibson style toggle works better for me

Dave sir. I RARELY see any really good guitars in the T style with a simple 2 post recessed tremolo. It seems like its some kind of forbidden zone?!!? lol....you would sell about .....ALL OF THEM. Thank you all for your vids and hard work. Bless you

Maybe someone can answer this question, I've always associated basswood with cheaper instruments. Why would they use basswood? Not a snobby thing, I'm just really uninformed about basswood.

Lot of guitars are made out of basswood, Friedmans, Ibanez guitars etc. It’s often associated with punchy sound in all kinds of price ranges. I’m guessing it a cheap wood to get because it is indeed found on many budget guitars as well.

Grover says he first used basswood for the Holdsworth Charvels... made one from spruce one from basswood and another one out an exotic wood I forget. Of the three, basswood got the most use for its sound. Of course it is cheap, but it sounds good.
