Been waiting a very long time for someone to come up with a way to get a Fender, or Vox clean via the effects loop. Synergy can do that, but it’s expensive. This sounds absolutely fantstic. Thanks for sharing.

Anytime. We are trying to put out videos of new or special ways to use the gear. In this case I’m sure universal audio and others have thought this through as a very special use case for amp sim at this caliber and quality. We are not pioneers here just sharing what we learned as we did not find or see anybody demonstrating using that feature as intended. Thanks for watching!!!

This is fantastic, are there any similar pedals to the UA dream can potentially pull off the same? Essentially turning a phenomenal one channel amp into a 2 channel amp with a basic cleans channel?

Nice! Wish I could get more mine to sound that good. Question if you don’t mind. So I’m new to recording and I’m going from my dream 65 in to my volt 2 audio interface. My confusion is my levels. I can increase the gain on my interface into my daw or I can increase the level of output going out of the pedal into my interface. The both seem to do both, Which would should I be using? I wasn’t sure if there is a difference. Thank you for any help

In my opinion I’d suggest using the out of the dream 65 to control how hard you are hitting your interface. You do not want to be clipping the input signal to the interface. Then after that it’s up to you as to how to control what is hitting your daw. I am not a recording expert by no means so please anyone feel free to jump in here and add any professional opinions.

Does the routing convert analog to digital or is it analog dry-through in bypass mode to the friedman front end.
@dmusumeci Жыл бұрын
Dream '65’s output is always buffered and there is no analog dry-through. The pedal must be powered to pass audio. When bypassed, the audio signal remains analog from input to output, and is not subject to digital conversion.

That’s the link to the manual. You’ll see what Dominic posted. It is all analog signal path when bypassed to the front end of your amp.

Can i run the reverb/tremolo of the 65 when using the friedman pre amp? Like can i have the effects of the 65 pedal running while the pedal itself is disengaged? Thanks
