Oh you're right this was a good story but too short and actually, I have to tell you that I used to work alone at a 24 telephone answering service many years ago and watching this took me back to them days☺️ Honestly, I didn't like working the night shift because I used to get that erie feeling sometimes that someone else got into the office without me knowing about it, so I had a nightly routine, as soon as I would walk in I'd check the entire office and then check to make sure the doors were locked with the deadbolts. Luckily there were no windows , except the one on the front door and many times I imagined that someone could have broken that window and stuck their hand in there to unlocked the door. My eyes were on that window a lot, oh goodness, the nightshift just wasn't for me🥺

It was a very exciting short film, I enjoyed it a lot. the ending was quite interesting as well. If we wanted to figure out what happened at the end, I guess we could just make up a lot of different scenes. Loved it!

I thought it ended just right; it's a horror short after all. Overall, I liked the plot development, we got a setup for the other side of support hell, moved onto the flipside of that with a disturbingly friendly customer and the "how do they know that" overtones, moving to the heart stopping oh sh*t moment. What happens next is up to us, which is classic horror - our imaginations can usually fill in far worse details than what is shown. The only ambiguity is, was the 2nd caller the one in the room or someone else? but this is storytelling and life, you don't always get all the answers. Solid, I rate it, thanks.

The true horror begins when she drinks refrigerated red wine. Unless there is a good reason for this, which has not been explained, she may well have summoned a demonic spirit, or the restless ghost of a sommelier. Valid reasons for red wine in the fridge include: the wine is one of the few reds meant to be served chilled, such as the wonderful Brown Brothers Dolcetto & Syrah; she's made a Kalimotxo (though she didn't grab a mixer, and I see no carbonation); or she's topped up a Sangria (but I see no evidence of other ingredients).

I spent the first 6 years of my career supporting a call center doing both sales and support. The one thing that taught me is to be be courteous and polite to them. Its not their mistake if its a support call.

At first, the "craftmenship" behind this, is on point, but unfortunately I'm watching the "middle part" of sth. ;-( The idea is really good but when you have a short of 3:31min you just can't start the main plot at 1:30. You spent the first 45sec with this unneccessary call from the customer before. This being cut out, replaced with maybe only 5-10sec of annoying calls, cutted fast after another and then the redwine to point out, how annoying her job is and how it strains her mentally. This would have left enough time to run the actual plot and left maybe some seconds to even enlarge the thrill. But nevertheless, I really like your work. Maybe you can use this objective critic to improve Best regards from Germany
