State Govt and Municipality(Corporation) don't have money. And their lazy govt employees don't have time to their job. 😊 Only hope is "Cochin Smart Mission Limited" and "Kochi Metro Rail Limited", these two govt companies are taking care of Kochi City with vision and without corruption.
