Before be changed his teeth to fit hollywood looks standards probably. It was a bad job and he was so much more attractive the way he is. And the booze was already big on season 2 but it didn't affect him that much on screen at least i don't think most audience can tell

Meh for me, it needed to end 5 seasons before it did. The first 3 seasons were great. The 4th season was okay, but a big step down. Seasons 5 - 8 were lame, and then the last 2 seasons were a mild improvement over the previous 3.

FYI, in the original (superior) 4:3 aspect ratio, Janice is not in the shot when Chandler first wakes up. Her presence is revealed when the camera pans over to the left. In this version the camera panning is pointless because we can already see her.
