The Prophet (ﷺ) used to pray so much that his feet used to become edematous or swollen, and when he was asked as to why he prays so much, he would say, "Shall I not be a thankful slave (to Allah)?" Sahih al-Bukhari 6471

Last question: what do we do about sins we can't remember? I SWEAR, there are certain things my brain is a steel trap for (songs, poems, music in general, art in general), but I'm like a leaky bucket with other things (names, anything to do with math, and stuff that I did the week before, for just a FEW examples). Like, I'm more likely to forget what someone else did to me rather than remembering long enough to forgive them for it, but that also goes in reverse. What if I forget what I did wrong?
