You finally finished it!! Let's gooo, so casually dropped, I missed this banger! In love with the quiet, more subdued atmosphere in this, the internal sync gives such a comfy, "ethereal" (goddammit), feel. The action shots too really keep the energy. I've mentioned this before, but the sigals sync goes so hard, absolutely love that bit! The cape sound effects as well, really just pull you into that moment, highlighting its significance narratively. I know you mentioned masking that dancing bit at the end, but I actually love its simplicity and how long that shot holds. Again, it really keeps you in those moments, even from the perspective of someone with zero context. Just goes to show how well edited it is. I know I'll be forced to watch the show someday, haha, which will just give me even more of an appreciation for this one when I come back to it. ❤
