Watching in August of 2022, I’m enjoying being able to see old friends again! And watching the horses milling around in a muddle as they’re sorted into their stalls never gets old! I think they must enjoy their little flash mob routine, to do it every time!

The horses really wanted to go inside where it's dry and they have hay. It takes awhile to get settled and there is some social time. Very interesting. 🐎🐎🐎❤️

It’s great to see how the mares obviously appreciate a warm clean bed like we do. I love watching how they take their time to sort out who goes where. It’s a rare thing in Australia ( because of our climate) to see horses stabled daily like this. I find it fascinating-such a pleasure to watch the daily activity of a beautiful breeding stable. Your horses are treated with such respect and love.

They are only brought in when the weather is really wet, then they will tear up the grass, leaving no fodder, after winter... Otherwise, they are in the pasture every night! It is a great place to be a horse!

I love the close-up of Sanne Aukje chewing at 9:30. This is an example of why Yvonne’s filming is so special. It’s the way the camera lingers on the muzzle recording the wonderful chewing sounds- It almost seemed like I could detect that delicious horse breath smell ( that every horse lover knows so well!).

Love seeing you fix up the pasture. It was fun seeing Liane in her pretties. She looks beautiful. Can’t wait to see the new baby foals in the pasture with their moms. They’re going to love that. Johnny reminds me of a Bantam Rooster. All full of cockiness and bravado, determination and courage. I don't think he knows he is small compared to his companions. He is just as mighty as all of the Friesiands.

I love how they sort themselves into the stables. It is great to see animals of all sorts sometimes be given the space and time to think and make decisions for themselves, with calm and kind human guidance only when required! These are such large and spacious stalls. Such good care and living arrangements they have. I love to see it.

Oh Yvonne, this clog was priceless for soooo many reasons❣️❣️❣️Uniek is a born clown and certainly has her very own drummer😂😂🥰Watching the 3 adult mares in the arena was such a spectacular of unmatched beauty.....that do appear to float and gives new meaning to why the Friesians are considered so beautiful! The return to the stall had me laughing out loud! It was like herding CATS ! And again with Miss Uniek stalling and eating others hay,such a dickens still.Thanks so much for sharing all this with us. Keeps me smiling all day❣️

Do you know how old Klaske is? Interesting that the little stallion Johnny is making so much more of a fuss than the larger Klaske. I’m guessing that hierarchy is based on many complex things not just stature. I would love to understand more if anyone is able to explain. Thank you.

@@erstwhile6163 Klaske in this video was just a filly. I think you mean Daan, the older colt... And by the time of this video, I think he was 3 years old. And, yeah, he was much calmer than Johnny... Maybe it has to do with him being a friesian (cold blooded breed)?

So wundervoll ihr das Alles macht. Die Friesen haben es soooo gut bei euch. So schöne große Ställe, viel Auslauf und Pflege. So toll, dass Sie sich Zeit nehmen, dass jeder in Ruhe seinen Stall findet 👍👌🐎🐴 Ich hatte die Freude einen Friesen "Marino" zu haben und habe in Deutschland sehr lange nach einem guten Stall gesucht. Meine Bewunderung für die artgerecht Haltung und die Liebe mit der ihr Alles macht. 🥰 Liebe Grüße Cornelia

I loved it when my three horses would all go in the barn into their own stalls ....have a crowd this big doing it is so awesome to see. Also that was so cute that one wanted to stay with her friend...and then when momma come out that was so cool lol

Ich glaube das ist die friedlichste Pferderasse der Welt. Und eure Aufzucht und Haltung ist gegantisch! Besser geht es NICHT ! Sowas liebes und friedliches hab ich noch nie gesehen. Da gibts keine Treterei oder Beißerei. Mal ein kurzes gerangel und gut is. Wenn ich nicht Angst hätte vor Pferden (früher nie gehabt) würde ich mir einen Friesen zulegen ♥♥♥
