Considering how valuable Earth is to Beerus I'm surprised he hasn't told Frieza that it and everyone living there is off limits for now on. I'm aware this takes place before Super began but after the Tournament of Power he should have said to leave them alone. Earth is home to the strongest warriors of Universe 7 and also the source of the tastiest food he's ever had, I doubt he'd be too happy losing his snacks and warriors should Zen-Oh want another tournament.

Beerus as lazy as he's up hold the rules of hakaishin to stay netral, and thats for a good reason too. Thru meerus we are given an explicit example of what will happen if these sustainer of multiverse break rules given to them. Maybe if db ever goes beyond super, and beerus no longer a hakashin, we will see him fight for earth.

Keep in mind even when Frieza did destroyed earth like right before Frieza did it beerus alerted whis to get everyone who was there on the battlefield off the planet. An Frieza ain't been back to earth again to try an destroy it even when he took broly and his father there. Had earth got destroyed Frieza could have blamed broly. Now that Frieza got this new black form he ain't looked at earth yet.

I would probably wager that Beerus is confident that Goku and Vegeta are able to keep Earth from being destroyed by Frieza so he has no need to intervene. Instead it’s in Beerus’ best interest to keep those 3 fighting each other so they keep training and getting stronger. Why would he need to tell Frieza not to destroy a planet he seems incapable of destroying in the first place?

This was assuming that only Goku had access to god ki By this point Frieza only landed like 3 solid blows before Goku turned the tables, so Frieza was certainly not holding all the cards Should we take Kim Jong In at his word when he says he has access to nuclear weapons? Secondly, you saw the shock from Frieza in noticing that Beerus was present. Beerus could wipe out everyone there if he wanted, Frieza included. If Frieza was supposed to be the threat to Goku and the others, Beerus's appearance takes away that threat because Frieza knows he can't handle Beerus. He stated that earlier in the movie. Third, the recognition of Beerus by Frieza tool place after Goku revealed Super Saiyan Blue to Frieza. Regardless of what type of ki either one possessed, Beerus would cake walk them both.

Beerus killed the current zamasu. Then zeno killed future trunks zamasu and then whis had to create a different timeline with that zamasu and beerus killed him.

Source of trouble? Frieza, Vegeta and Goku play off of each other to force themselves to train and get stronger constantly. Beerus wants his universe to have great fighters, so it’s in his own best interest to keep Frieza around to push Goku and Vegeta to keep getting stronger. The entire purpose of a Destroyer God is to make their universe stronger in the whole sense of strength from chaos aspect of it.
