September came from the finale of episode 4x08 when he told to Olivia that she was supposed to die in every future... He was injured in the same place...

The great thing about Fringe is that pretty much everything gets explained in the end. They give you questions, they give you answers and it does not devolve into Lost. Keep going and keep up the great content!

Going back through the show is a excellent idea. There are clues of what's going to happen all the way from the first season. Little tiny pieces. For example now you know Peter is from the alternate universe, there were hints even in the pilot episode. Peppered through season 1 you see hints of Peter being from the alternate universe. There's also a specific episode I won't tell you about that actually gives clues to the series finale in season 1.

Episode 19 is a back door pilot for season 5 it has some spoilers for season 4 finale. My recommendation would be to watch it after episode 22. Does anyone disagre

totally agree , i feel it fits in the story better but there must be a reason why the episode is there , same as the "unearthed" episode where charlie is there as its in the wrong place . even still its a fantastic show

@@chipsounder4633 I think it went in at 19 as 19 was always the 'out there' episodes ie, cartoon, musical etc & with unearthed, they seem to have just slot the episode into the schedule where they could... Even though its totally out of place

the payoff is, after several (7+) rewatchings, there is an overall arc of the entire series which many seem to not realize.. i dare not spoil anything here, but enjoy.. there are "12ish" key episodes throughout the series and its seasons that suggest why the entire series exists as a "glimpse" of what happens when time-space is tampered with, and that, perhaps, the entire series tackles fixing a much broader paradox.. it's why movies like "Predestination" and "Donnie Darko" exist.. technically, they don't exist, so why watch them? but it is the mechanics of how we get from point A to point B - and that's such a simplification, but.... enjoy!

Alt-Nina is not a shape shifter. She is the equivalent to what Walternate is to Walter.

Loving your reactions to probably one of the best written sci-fi shows. If you haven't watched the series "Babylon 5" I would love to see you go through that series as well. Babylon 5 has some of the best written characters, over arcing plot and action. It's very much equivalent to Fringe in these regards. The first season is a little episodic and sets up a bunch of stuff. But the payoff over the next few seasons is EPIC. Please consider if you haven't already seen.

Quick clarification, the observes are not the future of our univers but Peter's universe. The observer specifically said that he was the future of Peter's people.

@timezone5259
@timezone5259 4 жыл бұрын
@@GammaStyleGaming yeah it is actually confirmed, for example the only time you see the observers in the episode"the day we died, they only came back into existence after the prime universe rest.

@@timezone5259 Although I'm inclined to believe that they do come from Peter's universe and that they probably did temporarily cease to exist in the episode "The Day We Died" (after their universe was destroyed) the fact that they don't show up until the end of the episode does not prove this. Things and people can exist without being seen.

@@MarieAnne. first, wow I am surprised someone has still read this comment I made almost four years ago. It has been confirmed by the wiki that the observers originate from the alternate universe, you can read it under the origin section of the Obersevers fandom wiki page.

you're a ways off from it yet, but episode 4x19, "letters of transit" is a preview to season 5.... please don't watch it in the airing order!! skip over it, and watch it after season 4 is over and before episode 5x01. i don't know if others have said this yet or not, but trust me. there are major spoilers and i think it's so much more satisfying to skip over it, otherwise several things at the end of season 4 are not going to be surprises!! you have this advantage, i did not (i watched the show as it aired). (to be fair, we didn't know if season 5 would even happen bc tbh we were amazed season 4 did lol))

@@masterfulmelon you're definitely welcome to, but my comment comes from a couple different places: the first one being that, as a huge fan of the show (it's my most favorite show and I've watched it in its entirety more than 10 times), it's one thing I'm always sad about when watching the end of season 4 - that when it first aired, not only did i already know a reveal was coming, but i knew what it was, and then when we get to the cliffhanger... i also already knew the answer. the second place this comes from is, jorrell is a reactor. is it more fun to watch a reactor who already has the answers? or is it more fun to watch them discover it along the way? to theorise? pose questions? etc? for me, definitely the latter. i love seeing him work through things. i'm excited to see his genuine reaction to everything this show has to offer. i'd much rather watch a genuine reaction with the end of season 4 and the beginning of season 5 - whether it's surprise or he's worked something out and it's merely a confirmation - than him already having that answer. anyway i know this got long-winded, but not many people react to fringe and not many of them do i enjoy so much as his. either way, it's obviously up to him :)

This episode is when the show started going downhill. Not testing Nina's blood "to be sure", and the most ridiculous Observer connection with Peter, and Jones not being able to be killed "because I have been re-assembled an atomic level"! That is patently not up to Fringe levels of intelligence.
