Quando arriva il tempo carnevale arriva anche il momento di assaggiare cose gustose. Ecco che il nostro Chef Luca ci propone l'antica ricetta della nonna delle frittelle di carnevale.
INGREDIENTI
3 mele
3 uova
8 grammi di lievito per dolci
60 grammi di zucchero
50 grammi di uvetta
250 grammi di farina tipo 0
un po' di grappa
olio di semi di arachidi per la frittura
