I love that he goes into so much of the technical details. I think up and coming photographers need to hear more about how much preparation and becoming an expert at your tools goes into these shots, and it wasn’t just a right place and right time kinda thing.

Jared, this one's by far the best episode you have pulled out in a long time. It is with great pleasure to see a grand master talking and see you listening intently.. Obviously you should sit down and listen more often to people. You you can create good rapport, and ask good questions. Enjoyable and uplifting. Although almost nothing from the tech and business side are no longer relevant, passion, consistency and love of craft and art is still key factors. Thank you and looking forward for more like this. I recently wrote my final paper in one of my college classes about Neil because he was one of the biggest inspirations that led to my love for sports photography. I was so hyped when I saw that you were doing an interview with him on Instagram. A video with my two favorite photographers!

Really cool interview. Easy to say from my perspective, but doing occasional interviews would be a cool addition to your current content. I’m sure there’s a difficult balance of interviews vs news to workout. Just my 2 cents.
