Two businesses were visited north of Madison, WI. The first is Wollersheim Winery, Distillery & Bistro and then 30 miles from there we discovered Sassy Cow Creamery. It was interesting to learn how well they take care of their cattle and even have a separate herd producing organic milk. I wish Sassy Creamery milk was sold in our area. I included a list of where their products are sold.
