Well, it actually is! Atleast for india. The roads, the open spaces, the greens- you don't find anywhere in most parts of bombay. Also, the bmc does a shitty job with most things in every other neighbourhood except sobo coz thats where most mantris and bureaucrats and their own boss lives. The absence of rickshaws and nighty clad women also helps haha😅

Beautiful tennis court and loved the swimming pool. As a person who uses a pool ans tennis court every day i would love this tower. But spending 7 crores for an apartment without a balcony is downright pathetic. If this building had a balcony even with suxh small bedrooms and tiny kitchen it would be worth buying but close to a million dollars for a tiny apartment with no balcony or open windows is a criminal waste of money. I wish mumbai geta such newer buildings with pool, tennis and gym and spacious bedrooms and moat importantly good balconies

I can’t believe the obnoxious sentiments of SOBO people😂 Lowerparel is SOBO, lowerparel is not central Mumbai 😂😂😂Churchgate to Mahim, CST to Wadala everything comes under SOBO If people in SOBO feel they aren’t getting their money's worth for apartments, they should consider exploring other cities like New York City, the UAE, or Singapore. Personally, I believe that spending the same amount in places like Dubai or Singapore provides better amenities and environment compared to Worli. But Lower Parel is definitely SOBO😂😂😂

That's why renting always a better if considering a purchase just for investment purpose. Here, they themselves mentioned that rental yield is just 3% and post tax it will be much lower. Middle class stay middle-class due to emotional decision making mindset.

For that money, you will get a much more lavish and spacious apartment in Hyderabad. But in general, the higher up in a skyscrapper you go , the more boring life could get.
