Hey...can you suggest me something I already had UCI number for my spouse printed on my copr ( non accompany spouse) Medical already done updated also Ircc asked for pcc and one form of my spouse earlier along with my pcc...but under his UCI number... Funds for 2 updated We will put down his file In September as seeing our birth certificate So can you plz tell what will be processing time in our case...

We applied for spousal sponsorship online (inland) here's our timeline so far : November 9th 2022 : application submitted November 16th 2022 : AOR November 16th 2022 : Medical request November 22nd 2022 : Biometric request November 24th 2022 : Biometric received Desember 2nd 2022 : Medical passed Desember 7th 2022 : Pre arrival letter (email) January 14th 2023 : PR invitation January 19th 2023 : PR Confirmation February 3rd 2023 : eCOPR I will keep them updated! They're really speeding up all of the application guys! Wish us luck☺️

My timeline Submission of documents - December 10th AOR - 28th Jan Biometrics - 23rd Feb 1st March - Medicals ( My xray came back with a scar in my right lung as I was previously treated for tb two years back. It was a healed scar but IRCC requested extra testing in this case which is a sputum test of eight weeks. It is extremely time-consuming. It came negative. But it was smoother for me since I already told them during my medicals that I was previously treated for tb and brought my previous medical files. So the bottom line is if you’ve been previously been treated for tb please inform them if they ask. Infact better to put it on the application in the section where they ask if you had any physical illness. So my sputum test came back negative and I had to redo a chest X-ray on the 1st of June since they wanted to see if anything had further developed and that came back negative too. Just sharing this incase someone is on the same journey. Hope this helps. So the place where I did my medicals from in Andheri finally submitted everything on the 10th of June. Pre-arrival letter - 22nd June 30th - I got a medical surveillance letter from IRCC stating that I would be monitored and would have to take a chest X-ray within the first thirty days of reaching Canada. Also, these scars can even be present from Covid,pneumonia and in some cases smoking too. PPR - 4th July

Hey guys sharing my timeline here to give anybody out here a fair idea of the timeline My spouse resides in Canada and we applied twice earlier and the third time got us through. Spousal Sponsorship timeline Applied - September 03rd 2022 AOR- November 23, 2022 Spouse el.- November 27, 2022 Medical Request - December 6, 2022 Medical submitted - December 7, 2022 Medicals Cleared - December 9, 2022 Jan- April - Ghost Updates Eligibility cleared - May 3, 2023 Background and e-copr -May 27, 2023 Ppr request - May 31, 2023 Ppr submitted - June 2, 2023 Ppr received after stamping- June 23, 2023 Travelled to Canada - June 25, 2023 In all our process took about 10 months. My city of application was Hyderabad and the visa office was Delhi. It typically is taking about 20 days from the date of submission of your passport to get the passport dispatch notification. Hope this helps someone. All the best to those who are gonna apply and to those waiting for it I hope your wait ends soon positively.

Started in Oct 31st , Nov 7 confirmation Rcvd, Nov 08 medical requested , Nov 21 eligibility for sponsor confirmed, Dec 06 Pre arrival service qualification confirmed, , Dec 07 FBI clearance requested, Dec 09 Eligibility For PR confirmed , Dec 30 pass req waived , Jan 06 PR portal credentials rcvd ( address and pictures submitted), Jan 26 COPR rcvd ( waiting for the card)

File received by IRCC- June 6,2022 AOR received - August 8,2022 Biometrics request - August 29,2022 Medical Request - August 30,2022 Sponsor Approval - August 31,2022 Medical Updated - September 6,2022 Since then no update and i don’t know which VO is handling the file as sponsor approval letter was from CPC Sydney and they mentioned your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing.Fingers crossed🤞🏻 *Update* - My wife got her passport request this tuesday ,passport submitted for stamp today ,wait is over almost over😇

Hi I must say your videos were very helpful especially the labeling of the pictures and signing of the document. I followed ur instructions as closely as possible I didn’t hire any immigration expert. I initially came into Canada as a visitor and my wife and I applied for the spousal sponsorship inland on the 14th of February 2022. And on the 13th of June I got my open work permit, then came the P.R came on the 3rd of September. Perhaps some day if you are in Calgary Alberta we can meet up.

Just want to say Thank you as your videos helped me a lot to start and work on my application. I am the PA and as I followed your advices to a T I submitted a 10 year travel history (I am a frequent flyer had 200+ entries to input on the portal) and I realized after that Filipinos don't need it! HAHAHA that is how much I followed you :) I also maxed out the uploads. I uploaded 65 photos one by one throughout our relationship since 2016 on wrote on photo information about the picture just as you showed on your videos :) Total uploads including other categories was 92. I could no longer upload anything beyond that. So here is a bit of my timeline so far to share to others: May 12 - sent my application online Aug 19 - Biometrics Letter Aug 19 - request for Police Report from Thailand Aug 20 - Sponsor received letter confirming the application to sponsor the Member of the Family Class Aug 22 - Sponsor received letter confirming his eligibility to sponsor me Aug 22 - Medical Exam Letter Aug 22 - Went for biometrics at Canada passport center Aug 31 - Went for my medical Sept 3 - submitted copy of police report from thailand on Case Specific Enquiry link as I cannot upload on GC key Hopefully, our journey is near the end and looking forward to the approval soon.

I completed my Biometrics last July 19, Medical exam August 7. Received pre-arrival Sept. 2. I've been waiting for PR since then till now 😔 it's been more than a month but i hope and pray I'd be able to submit my passport soon and get a visa. I'll edit this once i get an update. Update!!!!! ❤️ 1 month, 2 weeks, and 5 days after receiving Pre-arival, I finally received my PPR TODAY!!! 🥳🥰

After lots of heartbreaks😅we got medical exam and biometrics request yesterday! Our application was returned twice in 2023 then we applied with a consultant in June 2024.

Hi, You mentioned that we have to travel before the expiry of our medical, i.e. one year. However, the processing time of the PR application shows 24 months for spouses staying outside canada. Any suggestions?

We applied for inland spousal sponsorship online. Timeline so far: December 10, 2022: application submitted online December 16, 2022: AOR (email) December 22, 2022: Biometrics fee reminder (we paid this upon application, but we got this email anyways) December 21, 2022: Medical Exam Instructions December 23, 2022: Managed to successfully link application to IRCC (but not the PR portal*) January 3, 2023: Medical passed January 3, 2023: Biometric Instruction Letter January 5, 2023 Biometric received (we did biometrics this day) January 13, 2023: Pre arrival letter (email/message in IRCC portal) January 18, 2023: Sponsor eligibility confirmation letter January 26, 2023: Primary applicant eligibility confirmation letter February 1, 2023: Managed to link application to new PR tracker March 16, 2023: Background verification marked as complete (took some time for PR tracker to update this) March 21, 2023: PR Application Approval/Confirmation email March 24, 2023: PR Confirmed & PR Card in the Mail April 26, 2023: PR Card received

You r so lucky my husband had applied for me in Dec 31 2022 I got Aor in 25 Feb afterwards I received biometric request in 9 march and I completed that task successfully but after that there is complete silence I m so much frustrated about my medical requests please tell it is normal ?? Because I m seeing the most of the comments people are getting medical reqst with in few days after the biometric but in my case it's been two months

I have a question regarding to online submission of “Supporting documents” like birth certificate, marriage cert. etc., IRCC required pdf of original documents(as written on IMM 5533), does these documents need to be scanned in color or Black & White will be just fine as well? I needed to give two photos (there are specific requirements for the photos which are mentioned), a copy of the passport request letter, a form filled up which comes along with the letter, RPRF receipt if not paid before ( I had paid beforehand so didn't submit) Along with passport. All the instructions for these will be mentioned in the passport request letter. Also few extra documents which my vfs center requested like copies of passport and their forms

Application submitted: 25th oct 2022 (outland and online) AOR : 18th Jan 2023 SA : 19th Jan 2023 Biometrics : previously done It’s been 2 months since the Aor but no medical request. Could it be because biometrics and medical request come together and since my biometrics were already done it got delayed. I’m so confused because I see majority getting medical requests within a month of AOR. My file got transferred to London office and I heard they are the slowest Latest Medical Request: 27th march 2023

I have received AOR on Sept 21,2022. I have sent the medicals, biometrics, RPRF, and all documents. How much do you think the “eligibility” and “background check” last each? How was on your case? It has been almost 4 months for me in the “eligibility” do you think it could take more? My spouse is from Albania.

Hi Everyone, can you share your experiences with the London Visa Office. My application has been forwarded to that office and I would like to know other people's experiences with the LVO, especially regarding processing times. Here's my timeline so far: - Submitted Spousal Sponsorship Online - 14th November, 2022 - AOR- 6th January, 2023 -Sponsor Approval - 27thJanuary, 2023 & CSQ request because my husband lives in Quebec. - CSQ Submitted by mail - 3rd February, 2023. - CSQ Approved - 6th March As of today (4th April 2023) we are waiting for the medical exam request. I thought they'd send it sooner which is strange. (I also didn't get a biometrics request because they already have my fingerprints from a previous visitor visa application).

Awwh! I love the blooper and when she video bombed! Nice. Me own process is also shaping up to be quick, I hope he gets his PR in the next 2 months. I have an observation though, when I signed into the tracker, there's no update there but hubby has done his Biometrics in June and Medicals last week. I found it weird but all the same I m waiting! Got Aor in early May, 2nd AOR (physical letter telling me my sponsorship request was approved and his file was transferred to a home office near my husband in late May, Biometrics the next day and medicals request August 2nd.

silence from IRCC should not be misconstrued as a bad sign(often is a good sign). just wait at this point. everyone's timeline is different. it'll pick up when it has to

After we the applicant arrived Canada as her first landing, must she wait and stay in Canada to get her PR card for two months? while waiting the PR Card, Could she travel outside Canada with her stamped passport and return back to Canada again?

No. Her stamped passport is not a re-entry visa. She cannot return back to Canada without her PR card. So, better to wait for PR card.
