A weight loss diet should aim to reduce your overall caloric intake while providing your body with the necessary nutrients to maintain good health.
Remember that with the right mindset and some simple tips, you can achieve your weight loss goals.
Few tips to keep in mind for your weight loss journey
· Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables: These provide essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber while being low in calories.
· Choose protein rich sources of food like, legumes, paneer, pulses and tofu are all good options.
· Avoid sugary drinks and high-calorie snacks: Instead, choose water, herbal tea, or low-calorie drinks, and snack on fruits or vegetables. Green tea also helps burn calories
· Watch portion sizes: Be mindful of the amount of food you're eating, and consider using smaller plates to help control your portions.
· Keep track of your calorie intake: Use a food diary or calorie tracking app to help you monitor your food intake and stay within your daily caloric goals.
· Make gradual changes: Don't try to drastically change your diet overnight. Instead, make small changes over time to help you stick with your plan.
It's important to remember that everyone's nutritional needs are different, so it's best to check what suits your requirements and your health conditions before making significant changes to your diet
Ensure that breakfast can be high of protein as it reduces appetite and hunger and the need to have sugar in the day is lesser
Lunch needs to be balanced diet of proteins, carbohydrates and other nutrients that helps you sail through the day
Snack is to be light and nutritious
Dinner can be light and soup based that helps in better digestion and bowel movement
Remember, the key to weight loss is not just about what you eat, it is also about your stress levels, your physical activity levels and your desire to achieve your goals. .
With these simple plans for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner; you can start working towards your weight loss goals in a healthy way.

Please can you share information about dark spots underneath the feet (they are not painful, not itchy, I have had them since I was a child they are however getting darker as I grow) do you know anything the causes and possible treatment? Thank you. Those were excellent meal plans. With an observation, it's clearly visible that all the meals such as breakfast, lunch, dinner are shown in accordance with western diet. Vegetable salads, sandwiches, burgers, juices - all these western things are shown. While Banana leaf meals, sitting on floor while eating, eating with hands are left out. Always the forks, spoons, knives are visible. Also the characters that appear are westerners. Why is the Bharatiya way of living not included in the videos ?

Hi, me too a hypothyroid patient since 20 years. Tried so many different things and stopped eating broccoli cabbage peas cauliflower etc. but nothing works once thyroid pill starts. Infact my TSH went haywire when I was taking precautions. I am eating everything ( all veg food only) and taking a pill of 100 mcg and enjoying things.

Can I drink apple cider vinegar after thyroid medicine? While it's best to keep a gap of 45 minutes between each, we recommended consulting with your doctor. Thyroid medication should be taken on an empty stomach, around the same time each day. Afterwards, we recommend avoiding eating or drinking for 30-60 minutes. Most of our patients take thyroid hormone in the morning upon waking. Breakfast, including any coffee or milk, can be eaten 30-60 minutes later. Information here was taken off the internet. Nothing is my opinion.

I have tried drinking lukewarm water with lemon or turmeric on an empty stomach in the morning, and green tea (Lipton) for an evening snack at 4 o'clock, but I experience stomach burning in such situations. Well i consume Banana oats shake which consists of oats dry fruits and I don't use honey or sugar since the dry fruits like dates has it And on the other days eat brown bread with banana slices and chocolate peanut butter over it Do tell me its pros and cons ? I consume the shake on 3 days and the bread banana peanut butter the next three days !! Do i have to change the diet since im on a weight loss journey This is for breakfast only

Maam.. My weight is 76kg , height 5'67..it increased 75 to 76 in 6 month... Now I'm eating 2 roti's in morning and 2 roti's at night and do running at evening.. 1 glass milk with no sugar and little bit jaggery at night... Something 4 tea with little bit sugar in whole day... Is it sufficient for weight loss ❤please reply
