In our build we are enlarging an historic 1914 Craftsman home, adding an all new construction for an ADU plus garages for the two structures. Can u do the additions or do u just do new construction?

I would love to see a build with the concrete logs, as beautiful as the homes you show in your videos are, I was wondering can you do the same type of builds with the concrete logs and does that tend to raise the cost. I guess an easier way to put this would be could you build say the Forever Home with concrete logs or not.

Coming soon! we are going to tour a couple of our concrete log sided homes this summer so stay tuned. Yes you could build the Forever home or any of our homes with them. Price is about the same if you factor in not having pay for stain labor upfront and in the future, call one of the sales team and they can guide you.

Does anybody request all in one washer dryers? The new all in ones are faster than doing a wash load and then a dryer load and you don't have to attend it to move the load. Also they are ventless. Not as hot so therefore easier on the clothes. I know somebody that had the separates taken out of a new house he was building and had two all in ones put in. His wife loves them and at first thought he was crazy.
