Welcome back to the Erlengrat Farm Timelapse. Today marks another step in the expansion of our business ventures as we delve into the realm of producing food items derived from root vegetables. Having acquired all available land in the region, we are currently in the process of constructing a new quarter on one of the plots. This space will house our state-of-the-art production facilities dedicated to processing various root crops.
To facilitate a successful harvest, we recognize the need to upgrade our ROPA combines. Consequently, we're off to the store where we plan to sell our outdated equipment and invest in cutting-edge replacements. With our newly acquired harvesters, we set our sights on the first field with ripe red beets, mobilizing our fleet of trucks to efficiently transport the harvested crop. Additionally, we've expanded our capabilities by procuring a ROPA loader trailer, seamlessly integrating it with the robust CASE IH AFS STEIGER tractor.
As we transport the bountiful harvest to our recently established production facilities, we also allocate a portion for storage. Once the beets are successfully gathered, our focus shifts to the carrot field, where we commence the harvesting process with the same level of dedication and precision.
