Very good! I would give the rotoscoping phase a little more denoising strength. Are you generating openpose controlnets for the animation?

No open pose, I find it adds human like features very strongly even at low strength. For more human characters I will use a rig that has open pose bones. toyxyz.gumroad.com/l/ciojz
