So today I thought I’d take you to see an altogether different side of Koh Samui by visiting my good friend ‪@yingsthaicookinghome2839‬ at her beautiful home in the Koh Samui Jungle. This is a world away from the busy beach areas of Chewang, Lamai and Bophut, it's somewhere you can really reconnect with nature whilst tapping into one of the most knowledgable Thai food brains on the planet!
Ying and her husband Daniel lead a simple life by design here on Koh Samui and after spending the day with them, I’m considering the move myself!
The food Ying cooks is incredible but this is more than a cooking class, she is inviting you to taste food dating back generations that is native to this part of Thailand. For me, this cannot be beaten and I would highly recommend that anyone going to Samui should put Yin’s Thai Cooking Home at the top of their to do list!
