British or Soviet boat of some heavy cruiser variety as those are the only demographics that play naval enough to consistently encounter. We love you- 15 North American naval battle players

Greetings from coastal player (a species more endangered than bluewater player)! Sad that you chose the worst 1.0 boat for the start. S100's guns have really good ballistics, you need to improve your aim and choose the right ammo for different targets. Pr.191 is river gunboat, it could perform well with calm water, but you should never engage with enemy destroyers, they will slap you into seabed as easy as slapping a mosquito. Hope you have fun in coastal!

I love naval but as always the war thunder community is a self-fulfilling prophecy of ruining their own fun. Someone somewhere said naval is boring and here we are, people think they don't like naval. Meanwhile, I don't know what to do with my millions and millions of SL while other branches are crying about repair costs.

skr 7 is a nightmare, used to be unkillable... now its killable but its guns fire so fast with so little dispersion that they can disarm virtually anything in a couple moments... and its rockets can sink even the biggest battleships in just a handful of hits

That was cool. I wish I had the mental fortitude to do naval as I like botes, but the ridiculously slow grind that makes ground seem like a breeze (which is itself slow af compared to air) is stupid. They should at least give you a sp boost to reach tier 3 if you're new to the mode.

I don't know why, low tier coast is pretty fun, and fast phased. Also it's better to choose multiple servers for naval.
