All I can do is smile as I listen to Mikal mom talk about her son. Hope my wife is as passionate and dedicated to motherhood and family as her! Such a beautiful person.

Mikal, I was so upset when the Nets lost to the Knicks. Then I saw the pain in your eyes. Being the competitor that you are, I realized how much more it would hurt you to lose that way. Just want you to know that the Nets fans are fully behind you. There are good and capable people in the front office and coaching staff. It’s rough now but I see improvements. The disrespect in these comments is shameful. This content is scheduled at the beginning of the year. The media team has an obligation to release what has been budgeted for, regardless of what the fanbase might be feeling at any point in the season. I appreciate an organisation that knows the importance of maintaining a professional image even when the team on court is underperforming. The Nets will one day get their championship and we'll all be thankful that the entire journey was documented.

@@TheMotiveDJ I am perfectly fine with them putting out videos like this. Waiting an extra week will not cost them anything. Sometimes you need to learn to read the room when things are bad. Putting a video like this during yesterday's lost to a crosstown rival and the situation were in, only adds to the negativity. Nets media team should know that.
