I used B&S Miyazaki to travel from Miyazaki to Hakata.
This service is a collaboration between JR Kyushu Bus and JR Kyushu to provide seamless connections between highway buses and Shinkansen trains. This service makes it very easy to transfer between the two services, as the operation is coordinated with a single ticket that allows transfers to be made and delays to be handled in the event of a delay.
