Did a little poem to celebrate the treble I laughed, I cried, When Lautaro Martinez was through, I almost died, But then Rodri scored, And i roared and roared, I screamed and bellowed out, The whole neighbourhood, Could hear me shout, All those years of hurt washed away, Without 99 we wouldn't have this day, But its here and we won in style, my grins so huge, I am smiling a mile, It felt like a dream with champagne showers, I pinched myself and screamed, The Treble is ours!!!

Been a match going fan since 1973, had a season ticket since 1976, I’ve been through all the lows when we were the laughing stock. These guys are right, for all our success the last decade or so, that game against Gillingham remains THE most important in the history of our magnificent club, without that we don’t get the deal for the COMS, as it was then, the sheikh doesn’t purchase us, therefore none of this great success follows. That team will statistically probably be regarded as the worst team, being that season we were at the lowest point, but at the same time will be regarded as the most important.
