There are multiple countries at once almost pouncing on the koreas for their own motive, like China, Russia, Japan, and the US. However, Iraq is different. They are in an area in general where famine is prevalent and drought is consistent. It could be different with nations like Russia and SK surrounding to potentially help unification.
