Qustion . Was told that one should not abuse interfaces by using them for a single concrete type however it is also said that having a single method Interface make them light-weight . What should be done exactly ?

Behavior that belongs to the class is not a function this is very rude mistake, this called methods not function. Functions are independent behavior which takes an input and gives us a output :))))
