From PET bottles to polyester fibers with EASY WOOL machines

This is the easiest, cheapest and fastest way to produce polyester fibers. You simply shred the PET bottles and then put the flakes into the machine. Hello andrey, i have a question. Why the granulated PET Is grey but when you put it in the Easy wool machine Is White? Is not the same plastic? Thank you! You are great

Basically the bottles are transparent, but when crushed they look white. This is an effect of granularity.

When you have a partially transparent material, light will be more attenuated the more thickness it passes through. When you break or crush or grind it into smaller pieces, the light that you see reflecting off of it is passing through less of the material because there are more opportunities to reflect back or scatter. If you crush an emerald you will get white-looking powder, not green.

@@kotarakafeliks Then how it becomes milky white without washing. By dry grinder grey color to milky white color change isn't possible without washing & crystallization. Without crystallization how we process PET plastic??

Can you post full video of this process coz after grinding three petals are in grey color but later it looked in milky white, how's that possible??

After crushing the bottles, the flakes are washed and the labels and caps are removed to leave pure PET material.

We are company from Bulgaria. www.plasticabg.net "EASY WOOL PRO" is the newest model in the series EASY WOOL. We have redesigned the old model with more compactness and low weight because our customers are mainly from foreign continents. Thus, transport will be cheaper and faster. The principle of the new model is the same as the old one with a capacity of up to 50 kg per hour depending on the thickness of the fiber.In the new model, everything is combined into one body. It also adjusts all parameters. Turbine speed, the power of the turbocharger, which controls the quality of the wadding.The feedstock is crushed into PET plastic bottles. It does not have to be clean. They can be crushed with labels and caps because nozzles are 10mm in diameter and there is no danger of jamming. All aggregates are built in and only a little running water is needed to cool the auger. A circulating small tank pump can also be used.The inertia power of the new model is 10 kilowatts and the nominal is about 3 kilowatts, because after 10-15 minutes of operation, the machine goes to autogeneous mode and the patented type of auger melts the material.The weight of the machine is about 350 kg. without the transport pallet and safe.The starting material is a soft fiber whose temperature is regulated by a change of temperature. The fibers have a cushion filling, soft toys, furniture, mattresses and more. After additional mechanical machining, the fibers can be used for blankets, clothes, non-woven fabrics, and more.The machine runs on its own, plugged into the current, and after warming the set temperatures, you run the auger and the turbo. Easy and simple to work and service. Works in continuous mode.All parts and aggregates are produced by us and the method is patented. The cost is € 12800 excluding shipping costs. The production period is one month. The EASY WOOL machines are designed and manufactured according to a program for ecological processing of plastics. They produce polyester wool, but their purpose is to utilize used PET bottles. We also offer PET bottle crushers that are tailored to serve the needs of EASY WOOL machines. "EASY WOOL pro" is very suitable for small business and for the initial step in new production because it works with PET recycled plastic and does not require a large room and a lot of production costs.
