I've thought about going into the laundry mat business to expand my investing portfolio! But I believe we need to focus HARD on one income stream at a a time, so my focus right now is on my real estate investing! Two properties right now, and they are cash flow $1100/mo so I'm getting close to diverting my focus to other income streams.

Hello James.. I think you should focus and create a sizeable income stream first and then you go into the laundry business.. Don't be in a hurry

I love the Taco Bell statement about your son. Depending on which franchise it is they do have a strong business plan and great leader ship from what I’ve experienced. I’m also a Taco Bell fan so it’s one of my weak points. Ha ha

I only agree with the not having all day part. I suggest go to playback speed and increase it as high as you can still follow. Same info just faster and if you hear something that catches your attention you can rewind, slow down and just listen to that part.
