1. Plate making-Since we use state-of-art offset printing machine for bulk quantity printing. So before printing, we will do plate make with CTP plate making technology to make sure perfect restore your artwork.
2. Printing: Our mass printing uses state-of-art offset printing techniques to ensure sharp and vibrant images, clear text, and accurate colors. The pages are typically printed on large sheets, which are then trimmed down to the required size.
3. Trimming-The pages of the book are printed and trimmed to the desired size.
4. Punching holes-Holes are punched along the edge of the pages using a specialized machine. These holes are evenly spaced and precisely aligned to accommodate the spiral binding.
5. Binding-Once the holes are punched, the coil is inserted through the holes manually or using an automated machine. The coil is then crimped at both ends to secure it in place. This crimping process ensures that the coil does not come loose and provides additional stability to the binding.
After the spiral binding is completed, the excess coil is cut and trimmed to the appropriate length.
6. Quality check- The finished spiral bound books undergo a quality check. To ensure that all pages are properly aligned and that the binding is secure.
