Glad u posted this one. I happened to be having an anxiety attack and came across this (tho I have it now) and with doubt made myself listen, and it’s halfway but I began to feel filled with a relaxing warmth (which I resisted! Bcuz I wanted a pity party!) but im now, right now willing to breathe and be still. Just shut up in my mind. My dogs like it too. How crazy am I to resist!!!!
