As a trumpet player, this a Masterclass! 4 Modern day Giants goin' in on this future standard... (Sidenote: Is it safe to say Brother Hargrove added two to the classics songbook with "Top of My Head" and "Strasbourg / St. Denis"??) So much language! Too much sauce...🔥 Rhythm section was killing too. 10/10. Will watch again. 🟦💪🏿

Strasbourg/St. Denis has been a standard for practically 15 years now. Top of My Head is definitely on its way. These brothers are on FIRE 🔥

@@ivoboro you dont know how you are so lucky to leave and ear all this musicians in jazz club....i am so sad to leave in a poor city in the center of france without any jazz concert

That's what beauty sounds like. Brother Hargrove has added the new trumpet proving ground to the jazz cannon, and all the Cats made him proud. Plus you've got Ben Williams, my fellow Washingtonian, providing that bottom hammer. The swing continues!
