All that matters is England had over 70% possession, hit the post, missed 2 or 3 nailed on chances then won at the end. That's kinda how you do it in tournament football and why England now have the Swiss in the 1/4s and Slovakia have a trip home. The end.

I was at the game. England know they are not strong at the moment so there was no disrespect shown towards Slovakia. There were only 2 times I saw disrespect: 1. The England fans booed the England team off at half time because they were frustrated with their negative gameplay. 2. The Slovakian team timewasting and pretending to be injured between 50-90th minute. Apart from that it was a good game and a great atmosphere.

England most definitely did not deserve to win. They were in no way shape or form the better team. They played a bland and boring football. Also they got the preferential treatment with the unnecessarily long extra time at the end. There was absolutely no justification for 6 extra minutes, none whatsoever. I am Bulgarian and in no way in favor of either team, but the truth is, if England continues playing this way, they will sorely lose against Switzerland and deservedly so.
