Great Video! I wish I had seen this before, as I changed the running lights out on my Maverick Sport XRC, and it was difficult to get to the wiring on the running lights. Had I seen how easy it was to remove the entire front end, the task would have been much easier! Thanks again for sharing this information.

You're full of all kinds of helpful info. Going to do that to trim around my headlights so I can get the leds in there that I want

AZ SxS Project the other “instruction” I was given just said to drop the winch plate but taking the front end off will make running the wires and everything much easier.

Good content, brother. Got my Can Am Maverick Sport Max a couple weeks ago. Love it, except for the drive shaft noise everyone complains about.

Thank you. Love the Sport Max. Yeah the noise is annoying. I even had it fixed and it came back so I don’t know what to do at this point.

Yes! I love how easy the front comes off. Works even better when you have an impact wrench. Makes it fast.

Is there a way to take the front bars off the plastic to powder coat?

If I remember right with the front clip off there are a few bolts to remove and separate the plastics. I’m pretty sure they can be.

Do you have a video of your winch Install? I’ve been trying to find one to use as a reference for installing mine.
