I love looking at your garden it is so pretty. I hope your cat gets down safely. My son cat clammed on top of the refrigerator. He got up to go get her and I guess he scared her. She jumped from the refrigerator to the floor and broke her leg. During the-holidays, she’s doing fine now.

Your lambs ear looks more like the regular type. Helen Von Stein has larger greener leaves and no bloom spikes. I have both and the reg type definitely needs more tiding up during the growing season.

Hi! Finally I find someone who has more of a rustic garden I can relate with…I’m in zone 6 South Colorado but because of being up at 7200 ft in elevation it’s more of zone 5…I love barberry for its beauty and it comes in some really pretty colors with year round interest…Especially for being deer, rabbit resistant…I’m new to living in a rustic setting and I’m curious to know what you use to keep deer from eating all your gardens up? I noticed some plants that deer don’t really mess with but do you use spray? Edited to add: I’m a new Subscriber 💚
