Its nice to see someone not destroying their training buddy for once. I watch so many where the example person gets rekt because the instructor goes harder than necessary. +1 for handling greenshirt gentle like a baby

Hey coach Ik that quick go behind can be a great way to finish from the front headlock but if you put your head in his side and transfer your right hand to his forearm and trap his head with it you can put your head in his side grab his ankle and bend his body over your head, this is also a great way to get to the near side cradle if you need to get 5

Joe Lopresti Excellent comment! Yes, I love having the threat of putting your opponent into a cradle. Get the fall, back points, or have him fight to counter the cradle as you score an easy Go Behind.

Okay... After this 3 minutes and 50 second clip iam officially a black belt. Amma go pick a fight. Some time later....... 🤕 It turn out these moves are energy intensive and I am out of shape. Also I need money for bail 👮🏼‍♂️👮‍♂️ 😢
